By accessing this website or using Privé Home Staffing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide introduction and placement services connecting households with domestic professionals. We are an agency, not the employer of placed staff unless otherwise agreed in writing. Employment terms are between the client and the placed candidate.
Placement fees are quoted during consultation and confirmed before introduction of candidates. Fees cover vetting, matching and coordination unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be set out in your placement agreement.
Where a replacement guarantee is offered, it applies only within the agreed period and subject to conditions set out in your placement agreement (e.g. valid reasons for replacement, timely notification).
We conduct reasonable vetting including references and background checks where applicable. While we take care in our process, we cannot guarantee future conduct of any individual. Clients should exercise their own judgment during interviews and trial periods.
